About us
Our moto is “quality care excellency service,” meaning to say we are driven by quality in our delivery, and we aim for our services to be next to none.
We ensure that all our staff are DBS (Disclosure and Barring Services) checked before we send them to your home or your premises. We also provide them with mandatory training and in addition to this, in instances where specific training is also required to enable us to care for an individual, we deploy extra resources towards their training.
Quality support and care
All of our care providers are supervised in a timely manner, as well as spot checked to ensure they are adhering to our expected standard of delivery.
Our services are provided by using tailor made care plans as we recognise that each person is unique. It is our mission to ensure that dignity, respect, as well as freedom of choice and independence are maintained at all times.
